	Marvin Davis Founder, MOD Enterprises, LLC Davis, who resides in Philadelphia, was the first Chief Marketing Officer at Comcast Corporation, the nation’s largest cable provider. Prior to joining Comcast, Marvin held executive level positions as VP of Advertising and Brand Management at Verizon Wireless as well as Procter and Gamble, Bellsouth Telecommunications and J.C. Penney. Among his many notable achievements was the launch of the national “Comcastic” branding campaign, which was awarded Best Television Campaign of 2005 by Adweek. Davis was named one of Brandweek’s “Top 10 Marketers of the Year” in 2006, and also honored by Advertising Age as one of the industry’s “Top 50 Marketers” for 2006.
	Fred Kielhorn Managing Director, Kielvest, LLC Kielhorn is the Founder and Managing Director of Kielvest LLC, a private equity/new venture investment company. Prior to founding Kielvest, he was a co-Founder and Managing Director of NanoDrop Technologies, Inc., a laboratory equipment manufacturer which was sold to ThermoFisher Scientific in 2007. In his role as Managing Director he managed sales, distribution, operations and IT. He spent 15 years at DuPont Fluoroproducts holding a variety of positions in R&D, technical service, product management, marketing and business management. Kielhorn received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly University of Missouri-Rolla) in 1987.
	Wayne D. Kimmel Managing Partner, ETF Venture Funds Kimmel is a Managing Partner of ETF Venture Funds. Since 2000, under Kimmel’s direction, ETF Venture Funds has invested in several successful companies such as: SeamlessWeb (sold to ARAMARK); Take Care Health Systems (sold to Walgreens); NutriSystem (NTRI), ranked by Forbes as the best small company in the United States; and Philadelphia Media Holdings (owner of the Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia Daily News and philly.com). Kimmel has built relationships with many talented entrepreneurs, service and financial professionals, and technology and healthcare industry leaders in the Mid-Atlantic Region. His relationships have created access to premium deal-flow opportunities for ETF and its portfolio companies.
	Jeffrey Rollins Co-Founder, Market Grove Partners Rollins has been actively involved in early stage investing and executive management since 1995. In 2001, he co-founded Market Grove Partners in Wilmington, DE, a firm focused on investing in and assisting small cap and early stage companies in financial services, healthcare, advanced sciences and bio-technology as well as other emerging growth, high-technology industries. Prior to launching Market Grove Partners, Jeff was a Partner and Managing Director of C2 Partners, a private equity fund focused on small cap value companies and the Vice President of Development for Brandywine Center Management, a firm which developed in excess of $170MM of retail real estate throughout Wilmington, Delaware.
	James J. Roszkowski CEO/President, Patria Services Corp. Jim brings nearly 30 years of experience in brand building and leveraging in the Financial Services industry, most recently as a Senior Executive of MBNA America, where he was responsible for various business lines and portfolio growth business units. Jim also held senior roles with Chase Manhattan Bank and VISA USA and served as senior advisor on Economic Development to the Governor of Delaware. He is a board director with various public and private companies and an active angel investor.
