In the Preferred Service Provider role, Patria will help ICBA member banks better target consumers and model relevant incentive offers to prospective customers moving in and around the bank’s footprint. New mover campaigns drive incremental branch and internet traffic that results in increased deposit balances and market share. Patria handles all aspects of the program including access to proprietary data, creative design, distribution, unique offer modeling, marketing materials and internet micro-site development.

Patria also unveiled its SaaS technology platform - ‘PatriaPOD’ – at the convention demonstrating how best to leverage trigger marketing and partner offer modeling technologies and execute cost-effective campaigns. Additionally, the PatriaPOD offers a unique feature to a community bank’s commercial clients by offering a ‘hyper-local’ merchant offer engine that gives easy access for local merchants to upload specific move-related incentives to drive incremental sales and added value to “new neighbors.”

“Acquisition and retention of core deposits remain the primary source for a community bank’s future growth and continued success,” said Dan Clancy, ICBA senior vice president of services. “Community banks that use innovative marketing and new technology solutions to acquire new deposit and checking accounts expand their overall retail base and forge stronger relationships with customers. By partnering with Patria, ICBA members can take full advantage of mover marketing solutions during a time when community banks are seeing consumers flock toward the safety and soundness that community banks offer.”

“We had a tremendous reception to our solutions-based trigger marketing platform at the TechWorld Convention”, said Jim Roszkowski, Patria’s CEO. “The ICBA member bank response to our cost-effective DDA and deposit acquisition strategies was outstanding. Our team couldn’t be happier with the interest we received from the community banks.”

“To effectively compete for retail account relationships, community banks need to rethink existing strategies and improve target marketing acquires new and retains existing customers.” said Roszkowski. “Expense-conscious bankers have turned to Patria’s innovative and cost-effective programs to gain a significant competitive advantage in retail deposit marketing.”
